Please read policies before booking. Appointment Preparation: Please arrive to your full set lash appointment with a clean, makeup-free face, specifically avoiding any mascara or eye makeup. Also please do not apply moisturizer, eye cream or sunscreen before your appointment to ensure the best lash retention and application results. Late Arrival: A 10-minute grace period is allowed for all appointments. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your 40% will become non-refundable, and your appointment will need to be rescheduled. Lash Refill Eligibility: Please ensure you have at least 40% of your lash extensions remaining for your appointment to qualify as a refill. If you have less than 40% remaining, your appointment will be considered a full set. Lash Refill Policy: For best results, refills are recommended every 2-3 weeks. Appointments booked after 4 weeks will be considered a full set and priced accordingly. Lash Fallout: A 7-day grace period is provided for significant lash fallout. Cancellation Policy
Please cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment to receive a refund of your 40% deposit. No-shows will be charged 40% of the schedule service total.
